I realized every sentence I said did in fact sound like a question and I wasn’t presenting who I was or what I did with any bit of confidence.

The illusion of control is something many subscribe to...that need to have a person, place, or thing behave a certain way so that we feel safe/okay within ourselves.

But the real control? True healthy control?
