All purchases are final. Empowering Path does not offer refunds for sessions, classes, workshops, or subscriptions. Please review service descriptions carefully before making a booking.

All payments are securely processed through a third-party payment provider. Empowering Path does not store or access your full payment information.

4. Subscriptions

If you sign up for a subscription-based service (such as a healing series or meditation membership), you agree to recurring charges. Subscriptions may be canceled by contacting us in writing at least 7 days prior to your next billing cycle.

5. Health Disclaimer

The services offered by Empowering Path are spiritual in nature and do not replace medical care or mental health support. We do not provide medical advice, psychological counseling, or therapy of any kind. If you are experiencing a health or mental health crisis, please seek immediate assistance from a licensed provider.

  • Arrive on time and honor all appointments

Empowering Path reserves the right to remove participants from events or decline service if behavior disrupts the safety and integrity of the space.

All content on this site, including class materials, graphics, text, logos, and media, are the property of Empowering Path. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without written permission.

8. Data and Privacy
