Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Thank you for booking a session or class with Empowering Path. These offerings are sacred investments in your healing and personal growth. In order to honor the integrity of this work and respect everyone’s time and energy, the following policies apply:
Refund Policy
All purchases for energy healing sessions, classes, workshops, and events are non-refundable. Your commitment is a vital part of the process, and each offering is designed to support you in powerful transformation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life is full of the unexpected. To support both flexibility and accountability, we offer a one-time grace policy:
First Cancellation: If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your session or class one time at no additional cost.
Subsequent Cancellations: If you cancel again after rescheduling, the session is forfeited and considered non-refundable and non-transferable.
Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are not accepted unless due to a true emergency. In all other cases, the session is forfeited.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any notice, your session is forfeited and no refund or reschedule will be issued.
