Every time you back down from the challenge,

You back down from the uncomfortable conversation,

You back down from your healing,

You know what happens?

Your negative ego scores a big point.

In the constant battles we all have going on of negative ego vs. higher self…who’s winning in your life?

In other words, if your life was a football game, would your negative ego be scoring all the points? Or would your higher self be winning and then all of a sudden at the last moment you let your negative ego score the touchdown? 🏈
